- Our current FAST FAT BLAST nutritional plan is designed for the person who is looking for quick results, and can commit to at least 30 days of very specific types of meals.
- This program will tell you exactly what to eat for 28 days for maximum results and minimum time!
- You will eat five yummy meals/snacks a day.
- Each week, you will receive the grocery list, meal plan, and recipes. It will tell you exactly what to buy, what to stock in your kitchen, and what to eat and drink. It will also give you tips on what to order in restaurants or what to look for at parties.
- After 28 days on this program, you will:
- Look thinner
- Feel lighter
- Have more energy
- Sleep better
- Have clearer skin
- You will particularly notice the weight will fall off around your middle, the place that most women struggle the most (and the place that is the most dangerous for your health).
- Days 1-7 – Cleanse and Reset
- These days will focus on cleaning and detoxifying your body. You will eliminate stimulants, sugars, artificial sweeteners. This cleanse will be done exclusively through real flavorful, foods, not chemical laden delivery products!
- Days 8-21 – Repair and Fat Burn
- You will have one smoothie, two low sugar snacks, one soup/salad meal, and one regular meal full of protein and veggies.
- Days 22 – 28 – Reintegration
- You will start adding in more foods and beginning to transition to maintenance.
- Days 29 -60 – Reintegration
- After your 28 days, you have options: You can choose to do the program again as it was, you can choose to continue with an additional 28 days of different grocery lists, meals, etc.
- Or if you desire, you will work with us to begin picking and choosing your meals from an encouraged list, and start learning more about how to make your new nutritional habits part of your normal, every day life!
- Or you can go it alone, implementing all the things you learned in your first 28 days.
- These meals include lean proteins and tons of vegetables! They have been designed to be tremendously nutritious, tasty, quick, and easy – perfect for the busy mother or professional looking to change their body quickly.
For maximum results, we encourage you to incorporate a four to five day workout routine that includes cardio and resistance. The more muscle you build, the more toned and thin you will appear, and the quicker your body will burn calories, even when you aren’t working out.
- You will be eating about 1500 calories per day.
- This menu does NOT exclude caffeine, but it DOES exclude known allergans such as alcohol, sugar, sugar substitutes, gluten, soy, dairy, and eggs.
- Non-salt seasonings are allowed in unlimited amounts
- Green leafy and steamed non-starchy vegetables are allowed in unlimited amounts.
